End User License Agreement

SafeSend & SafePlay Desktop Applications

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SafeCast governing your use of the SafeSend and SafePlay desktop software applications and related updates (collectively, the "Software") made available through https://safecast.site or authorized distribution channels.

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, SafeCast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control solely for:

This license does not sell or transfer ownership of the Software to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SafeCast and its licensors.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

4. Acceptable Use and Copyright

You may not use the Software or the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to any video content you share, submit, or cause to be played through the Software.

Public demo and prospect submissions through SafeCast must comply with our Terms of Service: demo content must be your own Google Drive video shared as "Anyone with the link — Viewer." YouTube and other third-party streaming platform URLs are prohibited for public demo submissions.

Operators using SafeSend remain responsible for compliance with applicable law and third-party platform terms for any source they configure under authorized workflows.

5. Google Drive and Third-Party Content

Where you submit or share Google Drive public file links, you represent that you own or control the file and that your sharing settings comply with SafeCast's Terms. SafeCast accesses only URLs you provide that are already publicly shared; standard demo flows do not require Google account OAuth unless separately disclosed.

The Software may resolve playback streams transiently from third-party hosts configured by authorized operators. SafeCast does not guarantee availability, quality, or continued access to third-party-hosted content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SAFECAST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SafeCast does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that decrypted content will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFECAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR DECRYPTED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. SafeCast may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Updates

SafeCast may provide updates, patches, or modified versions of the Software. Such updates may be installed automatically or require manual action. Updated versions remain subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a new agreement.
